Mercedes and Joseph’s fall wedding vibe was all about romantic styling and celebrating. The entire day felt so stress free and calm, but that is entirely Mercedes and Joseph’s personalities too. Both of them were so calm and seemed to just live in the moment of their day. Never stressing about details or timeline.

Their wedding took place on what felt like the perfect fall evening in October at one of my favorite venues, 7 Vines Vineyard which is just north of Minneapolis in Dellwood, MN. Fall came a little late this year and we were blessed with warm weather and golden brown leaves on the trees. We literally couldn’t have created a more beautiful day. During a portion of the portraits there was even a coyote out in the distance enjoying himself in the sun. Just laying out by the tree line watching the wedding day activities unfold.

The ceremony timed out perfectly to capitalize on the beautiful Golden light during dinner, which worked out perfectly for us to step out and take a break away just the two of them for portraits. Mercedes and Joseph were so comfortable in the moment together that I really didn’t even need to direct or pose them at all. Everything you’ll see in their gallery is totally unprompted and genuine and so authentic to who they are.
